With the understanding that there has been some confusion during the transition between management companies, the Firethorne HOA Board has approved an extension to sign up for the payment plan. At this time, it is best to pay your account balance in full, however a payment plan option is still available for sign up until October 15, 2024. The balance must be fully paid off by December 31, 2024. 

 

We encourage everyone to log onto their TownSq account to ensure they have paid their 2024 assessment fees. If you believe your balance is incorrect, please reach out to the HOA management office at 281-693-0003. 

 

If you haven’t yet, please sign up for TownSq to stay up to date on everything happening in Firethorne, send requests to the Board & management, submit modification applications, make payments, check your balance and so much more. If you need your account number, please reach out to management at 281-693-0003.

DO NOT submit payment through Revopay, this system was with the old accounting firm Canady & Canady.

Lockbox or TownSq: Homeowners are encouraged to send in payments to the lockbox or via TownSq. If you are currently on an approved payment plan, please continue making your payments through these channels.

If you have not done so already, please sign up for TownSq at townsq.io. You will need your new Associa account number, which was provided in the welcome letter you should have received in the mail. If you lost your letter or never received it, please contact the HOA Management Office at 281-693-0003 and they can provide you with your account number.
